Presenter: Elizabeth Hickman

Description: Each of us innately know where we are ready to grow and what activities we are ready to explore. Yet, when working with others, learning to “work with and not on a person" can be challenging, especially while working with younger children, those having limited communication skills or with those that have decreased knowledge of their own needs (interoception). During this session, we will explore ideas to strengthen your ability to use the RMTi philosophy of being a facilitator rather than a dictator with the diverse group of individuals you might serve.
