Cancellation by Registrant
Registrant can either submit a $100 non-refundable deposit or pay the full tuition fee ($100 of which is a non-refundable deposit) at the time of registration. If the Registrant requests cancellation up to 5 days prior to the start date s/he may choose to receive a refund (Tuition fee minus $100 non-refundable deposit) or to credit the full amount towards future RMTi training courses with the same Instructor.
If Registrant requests cancellation of enrolment less than 5 days prior to the course start date the Instructor reserves the right to consider refund amounts on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Instructor.
A Registrant can cancel and request a full refund (minus the non-refundable deposit) with the first hour of a course. After the one hour no refunds will be offered or considered. However depending upon the situation, a Registrant may receive credit towards undertaking the same course at a future date, again at the discretion of the Instructor.
Is the registrant falls ill before or during the class, or there is a family emergency the Registrant may apply for a full refund (minus the non-refundable deposit). This will be given at the discretion of the Instructor. Proof of illness or emergency may be requested.
Cancellation by Provider
Instructors reserve the right to cancel the RMTi training if there are not enough Registrants to make the class viable. In such cases all Registrants will be notified immediately and a full refund offered, including deposit, to be paid within 2 weeks of the cancellation. Registrants may also be offered the opportunity to transfer their registration to another course, however there is no requirement that they accept this offer. In the event of a change of date for the course, all Registrants will be immediately notified and will have the option of cancelling their registration with a full refund (including their non-refundable deposit) and transferring their registration and payment towards either the new date or at another date in the future.
